3. Product Descriptions, Pricing & Availability

We strive to display our spices, spice blends, stone-ground flours (chakki atta, besan), and combos as accurately as possible. However:

• Agricultural Variance: Spices and grains are natural farm commodities. Minor seasonal color, granule size, and pungency variances may occur while maintaining premium purity and essential oil levels.
• Pricing: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise for wholesale accounts.
• Price Changes: SBM Food Industries reserves the right to modify prices, discounts, and promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
• Stock Availability: Orders are subject to stock availability. In the rare event an ordered item is unavailable, we will notify you immediately and issue a complete refund.

4. Orders, Payments & Invoicing

When you place an order on sbmfoods.in, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp and Email.

• Payment Gateways: Digital payments (UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets) are processed through RBI-authorized secure payment gateways ensuring 256-bit encryption.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available for serviceable pin codes. SBM Food Industries reserves the right to verify COD orders via telephonic/WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch.
• Invoices: A valid tax invoice compliant with GST regulations is generated for every order and delivered along with the shipment.

5. Food Safety & FSSAI Standards

SBM Food Industries strictly adheres to the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 and regulations laid down by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). All our items are processed, stone-ground, and packed under rigorous hygienic conditions with zero adulteration, zero unauthorized colors, and zero artificial preservatives.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, brand names, product titles, logos, website graphics, imagery, recipes, copy, and layout on this website are the intellectual property of SBM FOOD INDUSTRIES. Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, re-distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and Trade Marks Act, 1999.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, SBM Food Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform or products. In any case, our maximum aggregate liability shall be limited to the total monetary amount actually paid by you for the specific product in question.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these terms or purchases made on this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jhalawar, Rajasthan, India.
